She has managed several client workstreams in the public and private sector from start to end handling proposal development, pitching, actual execution and client engagement. Her consulting experience spans across several sectors mainly the Health, Telecommunications, Media and Technology (TMT), Education and Financial Services sectors. Some of more prominent clients/ projects include World Bank, PPDA, UHMG, Epicentre MSF, GIZ, Century Bottling Company (Coca Cola Uganda), Mildmay Uganda, Airtel Uganda and many more.
Her diverse skillset has allowed her to gain expertise and experience in several areas such as Strategy Planning, Project Management, Organizational Development, Product/Brand Strategy and M&E.
She is passionate about strategy and people. Majority of her career has been spent in developing and facilitating leadership development, talent management and organizational effectiveness programs in several firms in Uganda and East Africa. Consequentially, she has held roles in this regard in design & innovation, change and strategy.
Louisa more recently completed her volunteer experience with UN Global Compact, the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative based in New York.
Louisa holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Makerere University and an MBA with LUISS Business School (Rome, Italy) as well as an exchange program at Kenan-Flagler Business School, University of North Carolina.
