Bashir Mulongo
Programs Monitoring and Evaluation Associate
Bashir is an experienced researcher with a strong background in data collection and validation in the areas of resilience, livelihoods, education, child protection, and WASH.
He began his career at World Vision, where he was responsible for coordinating and conducting research at both community and district levels. Before joining ASIGMA, Bashir worked at Switch Consults, where he was responsible for developing M&E frameworks, log frames, and research tools.
He is passionate about designing effective, impactful approaches that are efficient and cost-effective.
Bashir holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Economics from Makerere University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from the Uganda Management Institute.
