She developed a Human Resource Manual that aligns with the Employment Act as well as company policies and procedures to support employee wellness and well-being.

Juliet has a Masters degree in Business Administration from Edinburg Business School, Herriot-Watt University. She holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Cegep Sherbrooke College (Canada) and a Bachelor of French Literature from University of Oran.

She has certifications in strategic Management in Human Resource, Change Management in Human Resource, HR as a strategic Business Partner and Agile People Operations Framework from Udemy which help me navigate the People strategy.
