Pasis most recently worked with Kisaka and Company Certified Public Accountants. The company provides a full range of audit, assurance, and advisory services. While with the company, she grew in ranks from Audit Associate to Senior Audit Associate and took leadership in Client engagements, the objective of which were to gather information and make recommendations for business and process improvements. Through this, she developed a keen eye for detail and the unique ability to identify if and where processes are not working as they should and advise on changes to be made.

She has keen interest in financial systems and an understanding of generally accepted auditing and accounting standards. Her expertise is in planning, executing, directing, conducting financial audits and preparing financial statements.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Makerere University and is a certified Accountant; an affiliate of ACCA.
