Racheal is passionate about people hence her keen interest in Human Resources and Administration.
She started off her career at New Vision Printing and Publishing Company limited as a Human Resource Intern, where she was exposed to hands-on day-to-day HR work and was taught the importance of confidentiality and integrity in the HR world. She later joined ZK Software Company Limited as an administrative assistant and handled the HR role in the company.

Prior to joining ASIGMA, Racheal worked at Deloitte (Uganda) Limited, first as an Administrative Assistant and later as a Business Analyst in the Business Support Services (BSS) department and was responsible for providing employee brokerage, company share registration, and administration services to several clients in the finance, health, consumer, and energy & resources sectors in the East African region.

She also closely worked with the HR department as a member of the ProjectEngage team where she came up with ideas on how to increase staff interaction with the leadership team. She was also part of the EastWin committee which was a Women mentorship program in the Deloitte East Africa country offices.

Racheal holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Makerere University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Human Resource Management at Uganda Management Institute.
