Denis brings over 15 years of experience managing, monitoring, and implementing agribusiness and smallholder development programs throughout Uganda.
With a successful track record of leading program operations worth more than $5M, he possesses broad expertise in designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating program interventions. Denis has also facilitated the formation of production and marketing associations, empowering over 500 smallholder farmers dealing in rice, soybean, beans, coffee, and maize to access input and output markets.
His passion for supporting smallholder farmers is evident through his management of various projects with organizations such as Africa 2000 Network Uganda and YARD, aimed at providing farmers with the necessary support to improve their livelihoods.
Denis earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management from Makerere University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute (UMI).
