Sheila is passionate about bettering herself and consequently bettering those around her. Owing to this, Sheila continuously seeks environments where she can learn new skills that can be used to improve the quality of life of people in Uganda.
She interned and currently volunteers with the 40 days over 40 smiles organisation, a non-profit organisation in Uganda, that is geared towards promoting child literacy in Uganda focusing on children in less privileged and marginalised communities.
Prior to joining ASIGMA, Sheila interned at ROKO Construction Limited where she gained experience in the civil engineering site works, site management as well as site supervision to ensure works were delivered to the required standard within the prescribed timeframe. Sheila is, therefore, a highly-attentive-to-detail and result-oriented individual.
Sheila holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Makerere University.
