Pius is passionate and enthusiastic about building Fintech and Business Management Solutions for financially marginalised people and informal sector groups.

He started his career at the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) of Uganda as an Actuarial Intern, and then went on to work as a Branch Operations Assistant at NCBA Bank Uganda.

Pius graduated on top of his class with a First Class Bachelors Degree in Actuarial Science from Makerere University. During His time at the university, he designed a unit-linked micro life insurance product for Safeboda men and went on to co-found Myfy Business Solutions, a start-up that is helping people start, run, finance, and grow their small businesses on their mobile devices.
