ASIGMA and Access to Finance Rwanda (AFR) recently met to discuss digitization efforts aimed at improving AFR’s efficiency and aligning with global frameworks. Timothy Kuteesa, Senior Associate of Technology Services at ASIGMA, introduced the first step: creating Call Down Terms of Reference (ToRs). These will guide AFR’s digital transformation roadmap. AFR’s James Kwezi stressed the need to tailor these frameworks to AFR’s specific needs. The process will begin with a detailed assessment of AFR’s current state.
ASIGMA’s digital transformation expertise was a key highlight. Kuteesa outlined plans to draft customized technical and financial proposals and manage implementation. ASIGMA combines global standards with localized expertise to ensure solutions are both effective and regionally relevant.
The meeting ended with action points. ASIGMA will prepare proposals for each call-down and plan a formal inception meeting. This collaboration demonstrates ASIGMA’s ability to deliver tailored digital solutions and its dedication to innovation and technical advisory services in Africa.
