In today’s rapidly changing business environment, sustainable economic development is not just an option but a necessity. Many organisations are embarking on transformation programs to achieve sustainability. However, despite their efforts, a significant number fail to meet their objectives. Recognising the importance of effective strategies, we have taken a proactive approach to drive sustainable economic development.

Last week, we partnered with USAID’s Feed the Future Inclusive Agricultural Markets Activity to enhance our team’s expertise in Market Systems Development (MSD) Programming. The training, held at the Golf Course Hotel, was a resounding success, drawing active participation from 25 of our staff members across Programs, Investment/Access to Finance, and Research & Learning departments.

This collaboration marks a crucial step in our ongoing journey to advance sustainable practices and ensure that our efforts yield meaningful, long-term results.
