Alice is an accomplished partnerships manager with experience identifying and developing strategic partnerships. She has assisted organizations with developing partnership pipelines, strategic plans, project management, and monitoring and evaluation. She has been able to fundraise close to $50m for various projects.

Alice was able to set up the Gig Economy project by GIZ in Kenya as well as piloting in 6 other African Countries. She also led the set up of 2 digital hubs for the Youth Entrepreneurship and Employment Project by VSO. She has established more than 60 partners while working with Kenya Private Sector Alliance as the Private Sector Engagement Lead. She has a wealth of networks with International donors and NGOs.

One of Alice's most proud accomplishments is her role in spearheading the Youth Entrepreneurship and employment project while working with Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO). Alice successfully led initiatives aimed at equipping young people with entrepreneurial skills, linking them to job opportunities and fostering economic empowerment.

Alice holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in project management from Kenyatta University, a Bachelor degree in Economics and Sociology from the University of Nairobi. She holds post-graduate certificates in project management, Monitoring, and evaluation from Humentum.

She is an accredited Enterprise Development Agent by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and a certified Start and Improve Your Business(SIYB) trainer by the International Labour Organization(ILO). Alice has handson knowledge and skills in fundraising, partnership management, and digital transformation.
