Caleb worked for the Rwanda Development Board as a Employment Programs Coordinator where he led a team that successfully implemented the Government of Rwanda initiative on empowering youth through skills development.

The national internship program was an initiative that provided to youth a platform to gain practical experience in the fields of entrepreneurship, agriculture, technology, finance and banking. To date, over 20,000 apprentices have become job creators while others have been hired by different private and public employers.

In 2009, Caleb acquired a Bachelor degree of Commerce specializing in Finance from Makerere University. This foundation created a pathway into the world of business development, macro economics and entrepreneurship.

Caleb also has a Masters Degree in Economic Policy and Management from Makerere University which further exposed his way to growing his career in youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, private and public sector growth and development.
