Hilda started her career at Orange Uganda Limited where she rose through the ranks from Call Centre Agent to Team Leader and Supervisor. She later joined Solar Aid Uganda as a Contact Centre Coordinator and thereafter Markh Investments Company an HR Officer.
Hilda most recently worked with Mango Tree Educational Enterprise, a Communications firm that designs and produces top quality teaching aids for participatory learning and social behaviour change. In this role, she specialized in areas of recruitment and selection, training, contract management, administration, people management, employee relations well as reward and recognition, among others. She is passionate about people engagement and talent management.
Hilda holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Makerere University and a postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Management at Uganda Management Institute.
