Joel has immense field research and analytics experience that curtains over the vital sectors of Health, Agriculture and Finance. He has worked on several projects with organisations and bodies such as Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education and Sports, Elizabeth Glaser Foundation and PwC. He has an acute eye for analysis detail that can be attributed to his belief and interest in a clean and accuracy-uncompromising data analytics cycle.
Prior to joining ASIGMA, Joel worked as a Research Assistant with FHI 360 on several public health projects most notably the baseline and endline surveys under the Obulamu campaign. He later joined Uganda Management Institute (UMI) under the Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation department as a Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant. In this role, he was responsible for designing Monitoring and Evaluation plans, system implementation and reporting.
Joel graduated with a BSc degree in Business Statistics from Makerere University.
